Yes, there are science fiction events on Second Life. After all, even “second”, it is a life 🙂
Every science fiction fan is invited on 19th of January (22:00 Central Europe Time) at Numtaz in Second Life. This is the place where Michael Iwoleit will read his own story “The Spirits”. Jana Kyomoon is invited too for a musical part.
